8.16.25 General Authorities!!! And the Temple!!!

  Retired/Missionary Life. Sunday. Happy Sabbath!! Here! Have a Jesus Picture! And a picture of a critter at the Highland's. And a picture of Justin and the boys from last night which Hanna took. (I had no idea...) And a couple of pictures of tonight's Palouse sunset, including one big dog. Today: Branch Council Meeting, Sacrament Meeting, Men's Meeting, Missionary Correlation Meeting. Then it was close to or past lunch time, so, we ate a quick sack lunch in our truck in the church parking lot. And then off to a lesson we went. Back home, we took a nap, read, watched some church videos, studied, worked on Espanol a bit, and watched an episode of The Chosen. Hope you all had a great Sabbath and got some rest. 8-9-25 Cracked Windshield and Cracker Jack

  Retired/Missionary Life. Sunday. Happy Sabbath!! Here! Have a Jesus Picture! On our way to church this morning, a truck towing a boat passed by and something flew off and hit our windshield! There's a huge break and cracks. Fortunately, it didn't go THROUGH the windshield. If it had, it would've hit Hanna in the chest and could have been catastrophic. Protecting angels for sure. (Again...) We are supposed to be on this mission. We both have been protected in many different ways so we can serve. Right here. Right now. Church included Sacrament Meeting, Sunday School, and Missionary Correlation meeting. We then taught a lesson on the Plan of Salvation to a single mom and her two daughters. (If you are interested in learning about the Plan of Salvation, just let me know... we have connections and will get you taught...) Back home, we read. We studied. We practiced Spanish. We watched church videos. We did some planning. We ate leftovers. And I worked on lodging for our upcom...
